Chicken Schnitzel, Lemon Zest Broccoli, & Potatoes

The breading was too thick and a little mushy on the chicken. It would’ve been better if the chicken was pounded thin and the breading was crispier. Also, I didn’t think the gravy went very well with it. I ate it with an arugula salad on top and lemon and shaved Parmesan

The chicken didn't have breading/crust all over both sides, which I want the crispy breading/crust. & it wasn't really the thinner schnitzel type chicken pieces. I had to add my own seasonings to the chicken & the potatoes, which I don't mind doing, but this meal is one I won't re-order. Some FPP meals are VERY DELICIOUS.

I am obsessed with this entree! The chicken schnitzel is juicy and well-seasoned. The crust is light and seared to perfection. The broccoli is so fresh. I can't wait to have this meal again!
