Loaded Crema Mexicana Chicken Enchiladas Dinner

I bought three cartons of these last week because this bakes in the oven and melts to perfection. I top it with sliced avocados. This one is just a sure thing and is good as the restaurant that's too far to drive to.

FPP Mexican dishes are delicious. I add jalapeños to this meal as well as the Chicken Crema Enchiladas for a bit of spice! Their Mexican entrees are a lock!

Better than a Mexican Restaurant! Enchiladas were loaded with breast meat chicken and the sour cream sauce was excellent. Good beans and rice.
