Grass Fed Flat Iron Steak

So glad to have found Franks. The quality of the steaks are way better than what I find at my local market. The flat irons are the perfect size and easy to grill.

You can't beat the price. I'm stocking up on cheaper cuts of meat so I don't run out. We cooked a couple up, the taste was just as you'd expected a little tougher (LET IT REST PEOPLE) but still good clean taste that I've come to expect from Frankie's. Don't go into this thinking it's a Ribeye, it's not, but when you need to get 4 kids their protein and you can't afford to be feeding everyone a prime cut, this is great. Perfect sizes too.
