Great Scent, small shipping issue

My original order didn't include the pump attachments for the order but as soon as I informed customer service the issue was fixed very quickly. Overall great product and great customer service. I will be ordering again for sure.

My sister is a customer and encouraged me to try your products and I’m so happy I did. They smell amazing (lavender is my fav) and they clean effectively without drying my hands and I love the reusable glass bottle. I can’t wait to reorder.

Bottle size increased from 12 oz to 16 oz

Previously they only sold a 12 oz bottle, I ordered one and thought it was the same. They increased it, so look at the size before you order to make sure it fits into your sink/area or wherever you plan to use it. Too bad they changed, as all their refills still compare it to filling a 12 oz bottle, not a 16, so even the comparison doesn’t sync with what they are selling. Not truthful perhaps or marketing ploy!
