I'm completely obsessed with BBQ but my grilling abilities have been very much stuck on 'traditional British' for too long. The slightest glisten of juice from a burger and I'm defeated by flare-ups, surrounded by flames and my resigned to serving cremated pucks again. Grill Grates have saved my sanity. I've only used them once, but the evened out grill temp allowed me to do six burgers at a time on the PK GO, each juicy burger gushing flammable liquid fat all-over the place but with not a single flare-up. The high-heat from using the back side of the grates gave me a perfect crusty burger surface, all burgers were cooked to perfection and even my five year old said it was the best burger I'd cooked. (She actually said it's the only one she's ever liked that I've cooked). I can't believe I've known about these for so long and only bought some now.
