Great sofa and loveseat

First time we've purchased with Medley and we're 100% thrilled with our order of a sofa and loveseat. The fabric is beautiful and looks and feels just as expected from the website photos. The cushions are very comfortable, and the back cushions are the perfect height for support and comfort. Delivery went smoothly too. We were going to be out of town at the planned delivery week and they scheduled delivery at a time that worked for us. I called customer service a couple times with questions and they were professional, friendly and helpful. We're happy new customers two months after our beautiful new furniture arrived.

Love our couch

Willow Chenille in Lichen. We ordered the 92" standard sofa. The cushions are firm, but very comfortable (for sitting and laying). Extremely well made, hand-crafted details are obvious (from stitching of cushions to how it feels to sit). Can't say enough how impressed I am with this company. It took a bit of time from ordering to delivery -- but knowing it was being built by craftspeople made it well worth the wait.

Beautiful!

The sofa and loveseat are beautiful. I love the smell of the leather. The cushioning is very comfortable and it seems like it will hold up well. The furniture is lighter than I would have thought. We need to put non- slide pads on the bottom of the legs. I would also have loved to receive care instructions with the furniture - we've been trying to condition the leather but are struggling with the right product and application method. We will get through it and hope this furniture lasts for 20 years!
