Fit 8" Long Jump Rope Handle – Single

Great jump ropes! 4,5, and 6mm

I've had these ropes for about 3months now and have tried them all during some boxing classes. I'm a beginner/intermediate and have been trying to lean a few different skipping tricks while keeping a rhythm. I like using the 5mm, it seems to be a nice weight for me.

Love the long handles, didnt like how small the pvc default ones. Especially if your hands are big like mine, this will make all the difference with your rope.

More versatility

the 8" handle works best for my all around jumping, but can create issues (for me) if I either choke up on the handle or grasp it too far back
