Petite, quick spinning, small quirks

Loved the petite size of the handles, slight weight but not too much. The only drawback back I found is the bottom screwdriver portion will unscrew over time with many rotations of the rope.

100ft spool - worthless

I ordered Jump Rope Speed Cable - 100ft Spool. The cable was wrapped so tightly around the spool that the kinks/bends/twists refuse to come out making it very difficult to use with the handles. I cut lengths of the cable and have hung it up for weeks with weights trying to straighten it enough to make it usable, and nothing works. I went back and forth with customer service, and this is how the conversation ended: "Ok I took this to my supervisor as it's not typical with these and here's what he said: 'ask him if he has the adjustable screw in the handle cinched down on the cable. Those need to be free spinning in the handles otherwise they will put twists in it. Also, tell him to hang over a door for a night or two from the bottom of the cable with the handles free at the bottom.'" I made my first purchase from this company around 2015 and the service was outstanding. That appears to no longer be the case.
