This is a beautiful dish

Due to the insecure packing, the bottom part came completely broken into pieces. I was very disappointed and reached out to customer service as soon as I checked the damaged condition. They responded very promptly and sent me a new one. Luckily, the package arrived well without any damage. The donabe's quality is fine but not superb. If you have never owned a donabe before, you will find this relatively easy to handle.
