Savannah Cup 16oz

Put both cups in the dishwasher to wash before first use. They must be bottom heavy because when I closed the top drawer one fell over and the other one fell over and hit the first one and chipped the rim which is decidedly thinner. The one that struck the first one cracked in half. Never got to use either of them. I’ve had cups flip over before and they never broke so I don’t know what to think. I should have been wary of them when I saw the video of the woman “unboxing” her cup and it was shattered (but you replaced it as it was broken during shipping). They’re pretty, but a straight side design might be less prone to chipping and breaking, and maybe weight distribution would be better.

I gifted this mug to my friend for nurse's appreciation week and it seems she was happy to receive it, saying that it was beautiful and was taking it out on it's maiden voyage (out of the apartment) the other day. This mug happened to be her two favorite colors, so I was happy for her to have it. Also, your customer service was also the BEST I've ever encountered. (I made a few errors in ordering, which required understanding and help. Your team was amazing at not making me feel like a complete idiot, AND fixing my problems, with clear communication and efficiency. I couldn't rave about your customer service more!)

I love my 16 oz travel mug! I also bought one for my daughter. The colors are exactly as portrayed in your photos. I Plan on buying two more for gifts!
