Re-jute rug

I am overall very pleased with the rugs. I was sent the wrong order but it was corrected right away! Great customer service. I wish the rug pads were slightly bigger as you can clearly see the outline.

Never got this particular rug.

Ruggable sends me several emails a day, one asking me to be honest and review this rug, so here it is. I never got this rug. The wrong rug was sent. In the past I have ordered 8 rugs and love them still. This order had 2 rugs, one matched another I had already and is great. The other, the Re-Jute never came, a patterned rug came in it's place. Returning would have been much easier if they had an option for THEIR mistake when filling out the return form. All the options for "Reason for Return" were based on my mistake. No option for "received wrong item". Instead the form kept saying I was returning the "Re-Jute rug". Since that was not the rug I was returning, I had to jump thru hoops to get some kind of answer about it. I got canned responses to my emails, no phone # to call. So I took my chances and sent it back for exchange for a completely different rug. I have not received that yet, though so the jury is still out. This would have been a 5 star review if only they had that "wrong item sent" option, rather than making every return option due to my mistake. Own up Ruggable!!!

They sent me the wrong rug and they tell me to keep it and send me the good one !
