I had purchased the Carter everywhere mug a few weeks ago. Unbeknownst to me, while cleaning the lid at work one day I accidentally removed the silicon seal and threw it out by mistake. I couldn’t figure out why my mug had started leaking. I emailed Fellow to explain the situation and the were quick to respond. They happily sent me out a new lid despite me not being able to figure out why my mug was leaking at the time. When the new lid arrived I was able to compare it to the old one and it immediately became apparent what had happened. Thankfully the new lid solved all of my problems and I’m back to loving my mug! I can’t say enough good things about the quality of this mug and the customer service of this company! I love my mug some much I decided to spread the love and got on for my dad for his birthday, he loves it! Thanks Fellow!

Needed the seal, got the lid.

Best travel mug. I love this Carter Everywhere Mug by Fellow. The insulation was good, can keep coolness and warmth about 6-8hrs. Love the thin rim of the mug even better. It feels like drinking at home despite it is a travel mug. Sadly I lost the seal of the lid a year ago, and couldn't bring the mug along since then coz for sure that water would leak. Then I purchased the seal (which was sold along with the lid), and regained the functionality of the mug. I am a greatly satisfied customer..

Replacement parts for the win

Thanks Fellow for offering economical parts when needed! Like when a mouse thinks your coffee stained silicon seal needs to be nibbled on while camping.
