Problem with the order rectified straight away with no fuss

I fitted these pads to my road bike and used them straight away down a 1000 metre alpine pass, No squeaking and no brake fade despite quite high speeds (70kph) and gradients (10%) I have just ordered some more as spares for my tool box, very Impressed.

Grippy brake pads

The composite pads work great on my gravel bike. The only issue was that I ordered 4 sets, and one set did not have a seating spring with them. Packaging and delivery was good.
