Excellent quality and probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My initial jacket unbeknown to me went missing on delivery. I was just thinking it was taking a bit longer than the 2-4 days. However, I was contacted by Blackline, saying they’d reviewed orders from the previous week and mine was still showing as undelivered. Long story short, they sorted it rapidly and sent me a new jacket which arrived the next day. Brilliant example of customer service which will definitely mean I return for further purchases. Oh and the jacket is mint, well chuffed. Just need some rain now to give it a real test.

Seen the jacket online and thought looks good bought it and jacket quality is superb and great value for the price in my opinion. Originally got the medium and it was too small very quickly spoke to customer service and got a large sent out same day so again customer service was superb also.
