Fantastic customer service + product

Ordered a K9 Roof Rack for my 200 series Landcruiser. Rack is great, installed easily. The real standout was Lola in shipping at Equipt. There was a slight delay in the delivery date (fedex’s fault) that Lola was extremely helpful with. She went out of her way to make sure the parts I needed were still on their way and was extremely communicative along the way. Even followed up after I received the parts I needed to make sure everything was good! I’ll order from Equipt again without hesitation.
