Justified reputation

Bad experience with Di Pacci supplier. I ordered this grinder. It was supposed to be new, that is what I payed for. First they send me the wrong grinder so they replaced it with the correct one, however it was not new. It was very obvious that it is used grinder. They refused to fix the issue. This was not a cheep item, so I’m not happy to spend this kind of money and then be cheated with what I got for it.
