Portland Glass and Frame Kit (Craftsman)

Great product, but customer service needs improvement The product definitely works perfectly. Following the old rule to "measure ten times and cut once," it fit exactly, and we now have a lot of clarity through our front door. The only issue was that the shipment was short by six screws. I tried reaching out via both phone and email to get them sent over, but I never received a response.

Beautiful work. Very happy.

Went smoothly, had to cut the opening bigger than it currently was. Glass kit fit in very nice. Painted well the screw hole covers impossible to see especially with painting. Gave the door a new look along with painting the door went very well looks great!!
