Decade plus customer for my multiple homes. Now impossible to ever speak with someone for questions outside of your FAQ. Read your audience and the demographic that buys your products…you cater to a high end client that likes to be able to talk to someone on unique questions… even Amazon and Home Depot make it easy to speak with a human on escalated issues vs. waiting for an email or call back. This will absolutely impact future purchases for my 3 homes.
