Plyban cheesecloth is a poly webbing used to line cheese molds when pressing curds. This thin material is less prone to wrinkle than bulkier cloths, which can help create a more uniform cheese surface.

Plyban Cheesecloth
I was skeptical of this type of cheese cloth. It cleans so easy you can easily use it over and over. Ricotta cheese just got worth making after a batch of hard cheese on a busy day to the easy clean up.

Great Cheesecloth
I love this plyban cheesecloth! I have used it to make a 5lb cheddar and an 8lb Gruyère. It doesn't adhere to the curd mass at all and leaves a very nice surface texture. The only qualm I have with this is its durability; it tore when I was removing the Gruyèrefrom the mold, twice! It is much more delicate than cotton cheesecloth. Treat it very gently and it will serve you well.
