Smooth
I prefer light to medium roasts and the Columbian roast is the prefection between the two. A very smooth flavor, this is one of the favorites.

Best Coffee
We have been buying the Colombian coffee from the Monks for years now. The coffee is excellent! We buy the 5 lb bags and this last a while. When we reorder we are usually very low and I find they process my order and ship out incredibly fast! I’m so blessed to be able to support these holy Monks! And I give thanks to our Lord and our Lady for these Carmelite Monks who are sacrificing and doing penance for all of us.
