Thomastik Alphayue Violin String Set

Purchased my violin as a Christmas present to myself I played when I was like nine or 10 years old and I didn’t advance very far because I never had private lessons I now have private lessons and I wanted a -violin and just decided it’s never too late to learn and I am thrilled with my progress. I am thrilled with this violin. It sounds good when I can hit the right strings. I just love it and the best part of all is I like to watch the videos with all the kinds of tips that I need to help me play better when I first started out I couldn’t even hit the right strings. I couldn’t hit one string at a time is what I’m trying to say and then I tried to figure out where my finger was supposed to go, and I refused to use tape. I didn’t want to mess up my beautiful new violin, and I’m not putting anything sticky on it and I figured out that it’s just muscle memory! I have an incredible teacher that I have for a half hour every Thursday all the way from Nashville, Tennessee and I’m in Delaware. We communicate via Facebook messenger I love my violin. It’s very pretty. I did upgrade my bow and I love the new bow. I wasn’t sure how tight to make it and my new bow automatically tightened so far and that’s it so I can’t over tighten it which I have a tendency to do. It’s easy to tune. I have all four fine tunes and I’m learning how to play again it’s only been four weeks and I can’t wait to go play my violin every single day. I just love it. I’m no expert so I don’t know how to give you the details but it came all together like it should be. I didn’t have to adjust anything and I’ve watched videos on violins which ones are good. Which ones are bad and I’m pretty sure I got a good one.

Order took too long to ship and arrive. Call to Kennedy sounded unprepared. Good product, but the shipping and delivery needs work.
