My daughter always has things in her mouth, and was very anxious about starting kindergarten this year. She didn’t want to wear a necklace because none of the other kids had one. This necklace was pretty and looked less like a “chew” necklace to her, so she was more willing to wear it. The teacher reported she uses it all day long, and it is holding up beautifully. We’ve had other versions from this brand and they have all been great, highly recommend!
