if you don't pick the right size, keep your packaging
I purchased a back and a couple of knee braces as I am overweight and one size never fits all. Unfortunately, I did not measure myself (I'm aware I should have, my fault) and the sizes I got were a bit big. I messaged the store to discuss how to return them and was told to just send it back with a note saying it's a refund and the order number. Return shipping was not provided, but my boyfriend works in a shipping warehouse so I put the braces in some Walmart bags (I still had the original packaging, but as this was not specified and I knew my boyfriend had access to packing materials if needed). When the store told me they received it, they said that the package "arrived in a bad state with no packaging" and asked if I could in the future "return them in a good state so I can resell them". This alarmed me as I hadn't worn any of the braces out so they should be in new condition and asked what state they arrived in to be told that the only issue was that they weren't in original packaging. I was told I would still get a refund (email just said a refund with no specific dollar amount mentioned, so I assumed it would be a full refund). By this time, I had already properly measured, purchased, and received replacements that work great, my only concern now being the loops that hold the straps will turn during the day, and resolved to stitch them in a few ways, no biggie. I then get an email today stating I was only partially refunded for half the cost of my first purchase (original purchase was $82.95, refund was $40). If it were specified when I emailed the store, I still had the original packaging and it would have been done to specifications, it's why I sent the email, to see what steps I had to take. It's bad enough that finding braces that fit different body styles is near impossible, then the store is nitpicky about how you send it back so they can still profit in the end.

It arrived earlier than expected, and so far its already helping my posture which has previously been more… shrimp-shaped than is probably ideal. I ordered a medium based on my waist measurement but it runs a little big on me. The belly velcro is still secure though and is held in place by the other elastic bands once those are secured. Running a bit big is a non-issue for me currently, it will likely be just what I need when PMS bloating hits. I plan to wear this a lot to reduce fatigue, I have a tall torso and often catch myself hunching forward without realizing it until it already hurts. Thank you Bibipins!

Very comfortable. I'm a 3xl in most things and this is almost too big. It does fit well and it's more comfortable than any other brave I've tried
