Amazing
I can't rave enough about this product and the company. Tanya was able to get this to me by Christmas Eve to save our dinner plans. After heating the goose per the instructions, the goose came out of the oven with crispy skin and moist meat. Everyone loved it. I can wait to order another.

The Best
I bought this for an early Christmas dinner. It was delicious and easy to prepare. One caveat, however, if you have never eaten goose before, you might be surprised. Almost all dark meat. Thanks Schlitz, and I’ll be back next year!!
