I commend Nathan Avigal (from Glyph Technologies Support) for successfully recovering my data from an older Glyph SR4 drives (at RAID 5), transferring it to a brand-new mini RAID 1, repackaging my old RAID drive components (better than I sent them) and shipping it all to back me as expected (and hoped)- And that's the thing. Communication was excellent and accurate. The cost was reasonable. Down right cheap even, and when you factor in the possibility of permanently lost data and unhappy clients, priceless. The entire process from email consultation and troubleshooting, to signing for the return delivery took about a month- during the holidays. Remarkable quality of service. Excellent Service - as per usual!

I received this drive and for whatever strange reason, it was not formatted properly for Mac (I'm sure this is an anomaly since I've never had this issue with Glyph before). I called customer service and they were able to get it up and running in no time. Thanks again, Glyph!
