A complete showstopper

The Capon was a hit for our Passover Seder. We’ve all decided that it is far superior to any chicken or turkey we’ve ever had. Sadly, couldn’t find a butcher in North Carolina who even knows what it is. Thankfully I found Schiltz. We will be ordering again.

Exactly as described! Reason why a 4 🌟 because of the ridiculous price. And it arrived very frozen to my front door. I'll be back in the future only for holidays. Highly recommend if you want to spend triple digits on a 10 plus pound Capon.
