The patch typically stays connected and doesn’t cause skin irritation. I have sensitive so this was a concern. It’s nice to get the vitamins I need while sleeping because I don’t have to worry about pills, nausea, or anything else that comes along with the usual vitamins. I highly recommend patches. I wear 10-11 every night.

Don't quite know if it works. Perhaps I was too nauseous for it to work. Didn't get much relief.
