I find that the patches are excellent. I feel that is less pills you will have to take. We all know that some pills can make your stomach sick. I was recommended by a friend. I am so great full for her sharing the site and information.

They are awesome! I couldn't stand chewing all those vitamins up they made me so sick. So I basically wasn't taking anything. These patches saved my life! My surgeon said they were fine. Love them. I had gastric bypass but so far I didn't need the iron so I just got this pack. You can't go wrong.
