Ganesha's Garden Amber Incense Bulk Pack

I only gave 3 stars because it took awhile for them to ship out my order. I shot them an email asking where my package was and never heard back from them, but they did end up shipping out my order (I guess that's a good thing), but it would have been nice to reply back with we're sorry we forgot about your order. Or maybe sorry for loosing your order, or just a sorry for the delay, your order has been shipped out. Something would have been nice. I love their products, customer service not so good.
