Sick company, sick products, impeccable customer service

I am a frequent user of Pro Acryl paints, including the "artist" sets. Each pot I've purchased has earned an immediate space in my "frequent flyer" arsenal. Story Time: A gifted me a set 2 years ago. Had opened and used most of the paints in the set excluding one. Upon opening said pot, I immediately discovered strange texture in the paint--some strange grit. Having never experienced this before, I reached out to Monument. Although the product had been "in the wild" for so long, the team sourced me a brand new pot of the same paint which works, like every single other pot I've purchased from Monument, like a dream. AAA+ customer service through and through.
