Works well-once you get it on

I felt good support from the brace. It is awkward to get on since it comes in 3 separate pieces. I will continue to use it and I hope it will become easier as I get more practice putting it on.

Makes me willing to walk more

This brace is great. When worn properly (make sure it is or your back will hurt more) it makes me able to do things I doubted I would ever do anymore. I walked 3/4 mile from my car to something important. I can play with my dogs more (they won’t bring a ball back - I have to get the ball to throw it again). As a heavy person it’s hard enough to get a good deal of walking in because of the cardio aspect. Add a backache and it seems insurmountable. This brace takes that aspect away and makes me feel that being more comfortable walking and working towards better cardio is possible. I’ve recommended it to my family and friends. More people with this problem need to know about it!
