Honestly the tastiest protein I’ve had in the 10+ years I’ve been on and off training! Also I’ve tried a lot of protein bars during those years but Grenade Bars come out on top 100% especially with the vast variety of flavours you can choose from (Jaffa Quake is my personal favourite, don’t knock it till ya try it 👀)

Got the vanilla flavour, flavour is really good. My first time trying this one I tried others but so far this is the best one.
