Beautiful but the longevity is not
I like the citrus opening and the powdery dry down but it lasts less than 4 hours

Bright, sunny, wearable!
After sampling Babycat and becoming obsessed, I’m working my way through the rest of YSL’s Le Vestiaire des Parfums, starting with Trench. I got a lot of bright citrus at the top of this fragrance, which makes it feel sunny to me. The iris along with the fig is sweet and creamy more than powdery. Because it’s such a bright scent, it’s not a real monster on projection, I’d say medium. Good wear down to a pleasant sweet smell on me that lasted 8 hours. Though I hoped for the top and middle notes to hang on a touch longer. I’m a woman and it’s a slightly feminine unisex to my nose. Good for office and hot weather. Edited to add: I layered it over Juliette Has A Gun Sunny Side Up and I liked both of them even more! Edited again to add: The more I wore my sample, the more addicted to it I got, so I am going to buy a larger decant. Also layers really beautifully with Courreges L’Eau de Liesse. I raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
