OK but better help

Final result was good, but significant problem in instructions. Did not receive any video or address for video with the replacement seat. Required several phone calls to obtain. The video did not start with how to release the "main unit" but assumes this had already been done. somewhat confusing. Also the video was not the exact "model" also causing more perplexity. Recommend making seperate instructions for each version.

Good product and swevice

We found the bidet folks very helpful. We did struggle with a lack of adequate instructions when replacing the commode seat. Yet, this does not take away from the helpful folks there
