Now buying another one for my grandson

Wonderful! It got me playing again!

In all I was quite happy with the package. The violin was a clearance item with only minor cosmetic issues, but it plays well, sounds good, and allows me to practice without disturbing my household. It is well balanced and once I mounted the chin-rest felt quite comfortable. The bow was defective, but as with many package-deal bows that is not surprising. The speaker is small, but as I play with earphones/earbuds that is not a problem. The entire package was well worth the price.
