Small Scallops in Sauce (Zamburinas en salsa de Vieira)

These were OK

I did not like these as much as I liked your tuna ventresca. These scallops looked and tasted more like oysters. I did not like the consistency of the scallop meat. I think I was expecting the scallop meat to be firmer in texture. I was hoping to like this more than I did. I ate it with white rice. I would not reorder this one. It was OK, but not a favorite.
