Excellent support for restful sleep

This has been working really well for me. I am perimenopause and have intermittent insomnia. I used to take melatonin but it stopped being effective. Frankly this tincture tastes awful, but it works and my sleep quality is much better than it was with the melatonin- I mean I sleep deeply with this for at least 4 hours. And if I do wake up it seems easier to get back to sleep. I would buy again.
