Hot flashes stopped

I got this for hot flashes and it seems to be really helping with that but I haven't had a period in months now. Not sure if this is potent enough to turn around hormonal changes. It feels rather oily but absorbs quickly and geranium scent is nice. I tried taking an oral supplement with similar ingredients first but black cohosh caused severe stomach pain after a couple of weeks and I had to stop it. This is a great topical alternative.

More energy

This product helps and smells like geranium. I shared one with my mother who said she feels more energetic. Yay!
