Product is fine, shipping not so much …. And then…

I’ve ordered five of these. One arrived on time, two two days later, final 2 two days after that. All packages arrived severely damaged. To their credit, the planters were fine, with nothing more than dents and bends. All was fine except one of the earlier deliveries contained an open bag of parts with several items missing. That led to a series of robbing from the next planter with the idea that I could find some replacement parts locally. That idea went out the window when the last turned out to have one side panel with a spot welded part incorrectly located which meant that my final planter could not be assembled. When I asked for a replacement they said it would not be available for 4 months. Not a happy camper here. To make the experience more enjoyable they require that I use the destroyed packaging to return the planter (just tape it up). The time to deal with their issues is simply not acceptable. I would look elsewhere.

Delivery disaster

First I would like to say how much I love these planters. I own 5. I wish they would package them better. The planters are SO heavy. The last one came bent all over, box torn up, and no hardware. We almost refused delivery. Luckily my husband said he thinks he can hammer it to make it work. I think for 500.00 we should not have to “make it work”. I did email the company. They said they would ship out more hardware. So now we are waiting another week for hardware.
