This item fits my black 2021 Tesla Model 3 perfectly. Slides in and out smoothly. HOWEVER, the indentation in the side facing the driver is supposed to make it easy to get a finger in there to help slide the unit towards the driver. Unfortunately it is constructed backwards as best I can tell and actually makes it almost impossible to grab. I'm going to have to drill some holes in the top mid portion of the back wall of the tray and thread a piece of cord through the holes so I can grab the surface...kinda like a zipper pull.
