Great engineering

Eufy has done a rare thing; designing their devices to be consumer friendly. I don't mean just the ease of using the item, but the ease for a consumer to repair an item. Lately, it seems that everything is designed to be throwaway, yet the replacement of this wheel was so easy - just a few screws and one connector, and my vacuum was operational again.

Easy Fix

After seeing comments on what the problem might be I decided to replace the the left wheel assembly. Ordering it was straight forward and the repair could not have been easier. Total l time less than 10 minutes. My 11S is not working well again
