The Ribeye steaks are 50% or more fat and I will not eat them. I cooked a Roast on 8-28-2022 and was very disappointed as there was so much fat and gristle that it was a chore to actually find meat that was edible. After making the Roast I sent an e-mail complaining about all of the meat, however since then my wife and I have had the Sirloin and if the rest of them are the equal of what we ate then they will be alright.
