YoLink Smart Relay - YoLink Hub Required

NEEDS FLAG ON DC ONLY POWER SUPPLY OR MAKE IT AC/DC CAPABLE

YoLink team: I regret to report that today I hooked up the relay that you sent, and much to my surprise, it started smoking when I applied the 24V power. Obviously, I made the mistake of connecting it to a 24 V AC power supply, NOT a DC power supply. I don't know how many times this type of error occurs with your project, but I would be willing to bet it is a lot. Here are some suggestions on how to reduce this error rate. \ Print the 5-24V DC message on the relay in RED. Print the (+) in RED. Use a USB-C port for connecting the DC voltage to this unit. The DC Power Supply should be included with the product or at least offered for sale WITH it. Offer multiple lengths of USB-C cable to connect the power supply to the relay. Consider adding a USB-C out port on the YoLink Hub that can supply DC power to the relay. Make the relay accept both DC and AC power sources. The unit you sent is now toast and will not function. Please send me another one to the same address to replace the one that I fried.

reliable relay with great range
