Collagen easier to stir in and dissolve than expected, and zero taste as promised! Perfect in my morning coffee and smoothies. Hot chocolate has a pleasant taste, I sweeten with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and use regular milk as a nightcap. Nice evening ritual!
