The Wittner adjustable center mounted chin rest is very comfortable. It has a nice smooth unobstructive feel under the chin. The Height Adjustable options also allow you to make adjustments until you get the right height. The only real problem I was having was that it always felt like the chin rest wanted to slip from under my chin. There was nothing my chin or jaw could latch or "clamp" on to. Even if I adjusted the height it always felt like it was going to squeeze out from under my chin. It forced me to push my violin into my neck which only made things worse. This might be due to my smaller chin/jaw frame. In the end I couldnt use the product. Thanks to fiddlershop the return process was convenient and easy. I will continue to purchase from fiddlershop.

Very easy to attach and very comfortable for me. I should have tried a center chin rest a year ago!
