As someone who has weight trained my entire adult life, purchasing the three pound ball was humbling but realistic. This challenges all the stabilizer muscles that aren't helped by machines. Make sure you have PLENTY of room for your workout. If it gets you outside...all the better. They post great workouts on social media. Super helpful.
