Just to show what the shoulder cuff looks like on the inside as well as hooked up. Tough material and nicely insulated tubing. Renting a setup like this from hospital would be over twice as much. Insurance doesn't cover rental. And you get to keep it for future use. Love it.

Handy gadget

I agree with one of the previous reviews. It doesn't sit down on top of the shoulder. However, it works well. It empties and fills easily. I had the knee sleeve and thus is a great addition. So much better than ice packs.

Doesn’t fit well

The cuff is good but would be great if it fit well. The upper 1/4 of the cuff doesn’t rest against my shoulder. It sits about a half an inch above that portion of my shoulder, and that distance increases toward the very end of the cup. It’s sort of fans out a bit, and off my shoulder. One of the issues that consumers should be aware of is that if you open any product that you order from this company, you cannot return it. Even if you have not used it, and simply opened it to ensure that all the pieces were there and working, you cannot return it. They refuse to accept any returns for any products that are opened, or any cold systems at all. I would recommend buying this product from a company with a typical, return policy. Otherwise, you may find yourself stuck with a $200 medical device that doesn’t quite work the way you anticipated it would based on the product description.
