I got 3 extracts from Amoretti. They are all absolutely wonderful the flavor are true and genuine and the extracts are very concentrated you only need to use a bit so the small bottles will last you a while if you're a home Baker or candy maker. The bourbon extract added to marinades for chicken and beef if wonderful as well.

Ice Cream Madness

Bought this to make a brown butter bourbon ice cream flavor. Kicks hard. Nice.
