This soft fish flakes are a nice compliment over rice or rice ball or any dishes of your choice. I use it for okonomiyaki or ohitashi as well. My kids love them! You can use it as a substitute for Katsuobushi(bonito flakes). Easy way to get the benefit of sardines.
