Mesh charm name black

Over this last 2 years I have purchased name charms and charms showing all my grandchildren's names the last 2 I ordered when they arrived they didn't match the font that the other names were in, contacting Ducett and receiving a prompt reply were extremely helpful, apologetic and sent 2 new name charms in the original font as previous names without any further charge. You can't fault the customer service it's was outstanding. Will definitely be ordering more
